Guidelines for writing a letter
Simply send your letter to the Cry of India office at PO Box 50855 Indianapolis, IN 46250. with your child's name and ID number clearly identified on the letter. The schools identify the children by their ID number because so many names are the same. Your letter will be translated for your child. Please be mindful of our translators and limit your letter to one or two paragraphs. When writing or sending cards to the children we ask that you do not send any cards that have electronics in them, such as music or talking cards. These types of communications stop our packets of mail from going through because of security and screening purposes.
Can I send gifts or packages?
No. Unfortunately, customs and duty problems make it impossible to send packages, so we request that you not send them.
